The AI Calling Agent is an automated phone screening system that calls candidates on behalf of your company. It conducts a structured, conversational pre-screening — the same role a human recruiter plays in a first-round phone screen.

During the call, the AI agent:

• Confirms the candidate's interest in the role and gathers their availability
• Verifies key experience and qualifications mentioned on their resume
• Discusses salary expectations and notice period
• Answers basic questions about the company and role

All calls are recorded and transcribed. Each candidate receives a Phase 2 score (0–100) based on their interest level, response quality, and role fit signals captured during the conversation.
