What is HiringPartner and how does it work?
HiringPartner is an end-to-end AI recruiting automation platform that replaces manual candidate screening with a three-phase autonomous pipeline.
Phase 1 — Resume Screening: Upload candidate resumes in bulk (PDF, DOCX, ZIP, or via ATS). HiringPartner's AI parses and scores every resume against your job criteria, producing a ranked shortlist instantly.
Phase 2 — AI Calling Agent: The platform's AI calling agent calls each shortlisted candidate to conduct a structured screening conversation — verifying experience, availability, interest level, and salary expectations. If a call cannot be completed, the system automatically sends an email screening form as a fallback.
Phase 3 — AI Video Interview: Qualified candidates complete an adaptive video interview. The AI interviewer listens to each answer and asks intelligent follow-up questions in real time — it is not a scripted, fixed-question tool.
At the end of the pipeline, your hiring team receives a ranked shortlist with composite scores, call recordings, interview transcripts, and a hiring recommendation for each candidate — typically within 48 hours of launching the role. HiringPartner does not conduct coding tests; it focuses entirely on behavioural, competency, and role-fit assessment.
