How many credits does it take to screen a typical applicant pool?

Here is an example with 100 applicants for a single role:

  • Phase 1 — Resume Screening: 100 candidates × 0.25 credits = 25 credits
  • Phase 2 — AI Calling (30% advance): 30 calls × 0.5 credits = 15 credits
  • Phase 3 — AI Video Interview (33% of Phase 2 advance): 10 interviews × 1.0 credit = 10 credits
  • Total: 50 credits — equivalent to the Starter plan ($200)

Credits are only consumed when an action actually occurs. If a candidate is rejected at resume screening, no call credits are consumed. If a candidate does not respond to the call or email form, no interview credits are consumed.
