HiringPartner uses the following security controls for candidate data:

- **Encryption at rest:** AES-256 encryption for all stored data
- **Encryption in transit:** TLS 1.3 for all data transmitted between systems
- **Cloud infrastructure:** hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers (including Google Cloud Storage) with physically secure data centres
- **Access controls:** interview recordings and transcripts are accessible only to authorised users within your organisation — there is no cross-account data access
- **Framework alignment:** ISO 27001-aligned and SOC 2-aligned

Third-party sub-processors (including Vapi for AI voice infrastructure and Anthropic/Claude for AI analysis) are bound by signed Data Processing Agreements.
