How is candidate data stored and encrypted?

HiringPartner uses the following security controls for candidate data:

  • Encryption at rest: AES-256 encryption for all stored data
  • Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all data transmitted between systems
  • Cloud infrastructure: hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers (including Google Cloud Storage) with physically secure data centres
  • Access controls: interview recordings and transcripts are accessible only to authorised users within your organisation — there is no cross-account data access
  • Framework alignment: ISO 27001-aligned and SOC 2-aligned

Third-party sub-processors (including Vapi for AI voice infrastructure and Anthropic/Claude for AI analysis) are bound by signed Data Processing Agreements.
