Candidate ranking is based on how closely each resume matches the job criteria you configured. The AI considers:

- **Must-have skills:** candidates who meet every must-have are ranked above those who don't
- **Nice-to-have skills:** candidates with more nice-to-haves rank higher among those who pass the must-have filter
- **Years of relevant experience:** weighted against your seniority requirement
- **Job description alignment:** the AI reads context, not just keywords — a candidate's actual experience is matched against the role, not just matching terms
- **Education and certifications:** considered where specified in your job brief

Each candidate receives a resume score (0–100). Scores and ranking are visible in the dashboard immediately after processing.
