How does HiringPartner's pricing work?

HiringPartner operates on a **usage-based credit model**. You purchase a credit package and credits are consumed as candidates move through the pipeline. There are no monthly seat licences, no platform fees, and no minimum monthly commitment.

Credits are consumed per pipeline action:
- **Phase 1 — Resume Screening:** 0.25 credits per candidate screened
- **Phase 2 — AI Calling Agent:** 0.5 credits per call or email form
- **Phase 3 — AI Video Interview:** 1.0 credit per interview session

Unused credits roll over indefinitely — they do not expire at the end of any month or billing period. If you make no hires in a given month, your costs are zero beyond credits already purchased (which remain in your account).
