How do I create a hiring request and launch a pipeline?

From your HiringPartner dashboard, click New Hiring Request. The setup flows through three steps:

Step 1 — Job Basics:

  • Job title and location (required)
  • Job description — paste it in or upload a JD file and the AI will auto-populate the fields
  • Experience level required
  • Hiring count (how many candidates you intend to hire)
  • Optional: salary range, AI calling instructions

Step 2 — Requirements:

  • Must-have skills (eliminates candidates who don't meet these)
  • Nice-to-have skills (boosts candidates who have these)
  • If you uploaded a JD file, the AI can extract these automatically

Step 3 — Upload Resumes:

  • Direct upload: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, or a ZIP archive (up to 100 files per batch)
  • Or connect an ATS to import candidates directly

Once submitted, the AI begins screening immediately. You will receive notifications as candidates progress through each stage.
