Yes. When configuring a hiring request, you can:

• Select the competency areas to assess — Technical, Communication, Problem-Solving, and Cultural Fit are the core dimensions, but you can add role-specific focus areas
• Set the seniority level so the AI calibrates the depth and complexity of its questions
• Provide role-specific context (e.g., "this is a customer-facing SaaS account management role") to shape the relevance of questions

The AI generates questions dynamically within these parameters. Individual questions are not written verbatim — this is intentional, as it prevents candidates from preparing scripted answers to known questions and produces a more authentic assessment.
