Can I adjust the scoring thresholds and criteria for a specific role?

Yes. Each hiring request has configurable thresholds for each phase:

  • Phase 1 threshold (default: 40/100): Resume score below this automatically rejects the candidate
  • Phase 2 threshold (default: 40/100): Call/form score below this stops the candidate from advancing to the video interview

You can raise or lower these thresholds per role. For highly competitive roles where you want to be more selective, raise the threshold. For roles with a thin applicant pool, lower it to ensure enough candidates reach the video interview stage.

You can also adjust the must-have and nice-to-have skills used to generate the resume score, and set the competency focus for the video interview — allowing the same platform to adapt to very different hiring scenarios.
