- Encryption in Transit: All communications between our servers and your browser are secured via TLS 1.3.
- Google Cloud Infrastructure: We leverage the world-class security protocols of Google Cloud Storage for all media files.
GDPR and DPDP Compliance
We are fully aligned with the EU's GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023. This includes:
- Right to Erasure: Candidates can request the deletion of their data at any time.
- Consent Logs: We track and log candidate consent for every stage of the process (Call recording, Video analysis, etc.).
- Auto-Deletion: We implement strict data retention policies, ensuring candidate data is only kept as long as necessary for the hiring decision.
No Data Selling
