A Broken System
I’ve spent years in the technology space, and in every company I worked with, the story was the same: Hiring was a nightmare. It was slow, it was biased, and it was incredibly expensive. We saw founders spending weekends reading resumes and brilliant candidates getting lost in ancient ATS databases.
The Birth of Bafar Labs
We started Bafar Labs with a simple question: "What if the hiring funnel could run itself?" We didn't want to build another "tool" for recruiters to use. We wanted to build a "partner" that could actually do the work.
Our Three North Stars
- Autonomy: The system should work from upload to shortlist without human intervention.
- Speed: 48 hours. That is our benchmark. Anything longer and you risk losing the best talent.
- Fairness: We believe everyone deserves a structured, unbiased interview, regardless of their background or who they know.
The Future of Work
